blackdogs.work — last updated 4 September 2026
This policy covers the personal automation assistant operated at
blackdogs.work and its associated Google Cloud project. The only
person whose data it processes is the owner of the Google account that authorises
it. There is no sign-up, no account creation, and no mechanism by which a third
party could connect their data to it.
When the owner authorises the application, it may access the following, using Google APIs, and only from the owner's own account:
No other Google services are requested. Drive, Contacts, Photos, Chat and location history are outside the granted scopes and are not accessible to the application.
Solely to carry out tasks the owner has asked for — drafting and sending the owner's own correspondence, scheduling the owner's own events, and summarising the owner's own inbox and calendar. The data is not analysed for any purpose the owner did not request.
Where a task requires a language model, the relevant portion of the request is sent to that provider's API under the provider's own terms, for the sole purpose of completing the requested task.
This application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke the application's access at any time from Google Account permissions, which immediately invalidates its tokens. Local tokens and logs can be deleted by the owner directly from the machine at any time. Because the application is single-user and self-hosted, there is no separate deletion request process — the owner already has direct control over every copy.
This application is not directed at children and is not accessible to anyone but its owner.
If the scope of what the application accesses changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
Questions about this policy can be directed to the address listed as the developer contact on the application's Google consent screen.
