These terms govern the private automation assistant operated at
blackdogs.work. The application is operated by its owner, for the
owner's own use, on hardware the owner controls.
Nothing here is an offer of service. There is no registration, no subscription, no fee, and no mechanism for a third party to obtain access. The application authorises against exactly one Google account — the owner's. If you have arrived at this page expecting a product, there isn't one.
The application is used to automate the owner's own routine tasks: managing the owner's correspondence and calendar, maintaining the owner's own files and systems, and running scheduled maintenance on the owner's own hardware. It operates only on data the owner already has the right to access.
The application interacts with third-party APIs, including Google Workspace APIs and language-model providers. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. The application is operated in a manner intended to comply with those terms; where a provider's terms and a desired capability conflict, the provider's terms take precedence and the capability is not used.
The application is provided as-is to its owner, with no warranty of any kind. It is experimental software under active development and may fail, act incorrectly, or be unavailable at any time.
Because there are no users other than the owner, no third party bears any risk from the application's operation, and no liability to any third party is created or accepted by these terms.
